The Hub is a real labour of love, with the construction phase a culmination of more than five years of development and planning.

Designed to support existing businesses and residents, welcome new people to Southwold and ignite new projects and collaborations, The Hub will be a centre for the community to unite and work together.

The project has been spearheaded by Southwold Town Council and made possible by grants from The Coastal Communities Fund and Suffolk Growth, with support from partners East Suffolk Council.

Needham Market company Mixbrow Construction have been awarded the building contract and the groundworks are now fully underway at the site on the corner of Station Road and Blyth Road.
